Kids bored? Wondering what else you can do with them whilst they are home or isolating? Wondering how you are going to get your pilates classes in yourself with so many distractions?

Here’s  a few pilates based exercises that the kids can get involved in with you and have some fun. There’s so many benefits to these kind of exercises for both kids and adults. Improving strength, flexibility, balance and core strength. As well as improving your focus and the kids ability to concentrate and co-ordinate their bodies.

In this session we are going to show you how to do these exercises:

  1. Aeroplane
  2. Roll like a ball
  3. Seal Puppy
  4. Shoulder Stand
  5. Swimming
  6. Head stand
  7. Plank

We challenge you to have a go yourself with your kids! To make it more fun, let’s have a competition – post your video or photo of yourself and/or your kids doing at least one of these exercises in the comments below. The best photo or video (as judged by us) will win a week’s worth of our online classes for free! We can’t wait to see you having a go!
